mDAC Summit, August 11-13, 2017.

I am very happy to announce that my iPhone artwork "Curiosity in Cyberspace" has been chosen and will be exhibited as one of the winners in the Mobile Photo Art category of this year's Mobile Digital Art and Creativity Summit to be held in Palo Alto, Mt View, California, USA from August 11-13, 2017.

The GRAND OPENING will be on 11 August 2017 from 5:30-8:00pm at 668 Ramona St, Palo Alto, CA 94301

 

"The 3-day weekend kicks off on Friday, August 11, 2017 with the Grand Opening of our Annual Mobile Digital Art Exhibition, displaying the work of over 100 mobile digital artists and mobile creative photographers.  The Grand Opening is followed by a two-day Summit with a packed program of workshops, seminars and masterclasses attracting artists and educators from across the country."

The Artbox.Project, Basel 1.0 - June 2017

 

Art Basel in Basel will take place from 15th -18th June, 2017. 

Approximately 90,000 visitors are expected to attend and most of these pass through EuroAirport, which is visited by 7.1 million visitors per year. 

From 14th - 18th June, 2017, as part of The Artbox.Project Basel 1.0, my iPhone artwork “Her way” will be shown on-screen on the observation deck of the departure hall of the Euroairport, close to the huge “Luminator” sculpture by Jean Tinguely., who was one of the main representatives of kinetic art.  

All the works of art shown on the large screen will be labelled with the artist’s name and work title. 

I’m excited to be part of this event!

My iPhone artwork "Her way" will be exhibited in the Museu da Imagem e do Som - MIS SP in Sao Paolo, Brazil from 12 April 2017 - 28 May 2017.

It was shortlisted in the fourth edition of the MOBgraphia Cultura Visual Annual Awards in the Art Category of Flamob2017.

World Art Dubai 2017

Art created entirely on an iPhone at World Art Dubai! Could this be a first?

My art will be available at The Ajala Project Booth D61.

World Art Dubai is part of Dubai's Official Art Season and will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Mira Mobile Prize 2017

 

My abstract iPhone artwork, "Bees and oceans weep", has been chosen to be projected during the Mira Mobile Prize 2017 exhibition, 1 April till 13 May,  at the Mira Forum Gallery in Porto, Portugal.  

It is one of 200 chosen from 5000 entries.
